New Construction of a 12,000 SF multi-tenant block and steel building and tenant improvements, completed as part of Phase II of III. Four buildings consisting of retail, office, medical and dental, and future mixed use commercial and multi-family. Site development included relocation of 100,000+ CY of soil, structurally placed for Phase III development, 20+ foot eco-block retaining wall, cement amended soil, ground water mitigation, and wetland expansion and enhancement to promote local habitat. The storm treatment includes natural filter swales in concrete structures, placed in an exterior covered plaza structure with seating and water features. Street improvements, including City sidewalks and street trees, and relocation of City water main.
